URLTexter Affiliate Agreement

1. Program Overview

The URLTexter Affiliate Program allows qualified individuals and entities to earn commissions by referring customers to URLTexter's services. This program is operated through our third-party affiliate management platform, Rewardful.

1.1 Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid email address and payment method
• Maintain an active website, blog, social media presence, or other promotional platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in prohibited promotional practices as outlined in Section 4

1.2 Application Process

Applications are typically approved within 24 hours. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion, including applications from competitors or those that don't align with our brand values.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Commission Rates

Affiliates earn the following recurring commissions:

• Starter Plan ($9.99/month): 30% commission = $3.00 per month
• Pro Plan ($29.99/month): 30% commission = $9.00 per month
• Ultimate Plan ($79.99/month): 30% commission = $24.00 per month

2.2 Commission Period

Commissions are paid for 12 consecutive months from the customer's initial subscription date, provided the customer remains an active subscriber.

2.3 Annual Plan Bonus

Affiliates receive a one-time $50 bonus for each customer who purchases an annual subscription plan, in addition to the monthly recurring commissions.

2.4 Cookie Duration

Our affiliate tracking cookie has a 90-day duration. Customers who click your affiliate link and subscribe within 90 days will be attributed to your account.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid monthly on the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings. Payments are processed via PayPal or Wise (formerly TransferWise).

3.2 Minimum Payout

There is no minimum payout threshold. All earned commissions will be paid regardless of amount.

3.3 Payment Information

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Delays in payment due to incorrect information are not the responsibility of URLTexter.

3.4 Tax Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes on their commission earnings. URLTexter will provide necessary tax documentation as required by law.

4. Promotional Guidelines

4.1 Approved Promotional Methods

• Blog posts and website content
• Social media posts and content
• Email marketing to your existing subscribers
• YouTube videos and other video content
• Podcast mentions and sponsorships
• Webinars and online presentations
• Review sites and comparison content

4.2 Prohibited Practices

The following promotional practices are strictly prohibited:

• Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
• Bidding on URLTexter trademark terms in paid search
• Using misleading or false advertising claims
• Promoting through adult, gambling, or illegal content sites
• Self-referrals or fraudulent sign-ups
• Incentivizing clicks without genuine interest
• Using pop-ups, pop-unders, or forced redirects
• Promoting through sites with malware or viruses

4.3 FTC Compliance

Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials, including:

• Clearly disclosing the affiliate relationship
• Using #ad, #affiliate, or similar clear disclosures
• Placing disclosures prominently and clearly
• Making honest and truthful claims about URLTexter

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

5.1 Brand Representation

Affiliates must represent URLTexter professionally and accurately. You may not:

• Make false or misleading claims about our services
• Guarantee specific results or outcomes
• Disparage competitors in promotional content
• Use our trademarks beyond approved promotional materials

5.2 Content Standards

All promotional content must:

• Be original and not copied from other sources
• Provide genuine value to your audience
• Maintain professional standards
• Comply with platform-specific guidelines

5.3 Customer Support

Affiliates should direct customer support inquiries to URLTexter's official support channels. You may not provide technical support on behalf of URLTexter.

6. Tracking and Attribution

6.1 Affiliate Links

All referrals must use the unique affiliate links provided through your Rewardful dashboard. Manual link editing or manipulation is prohibited.

6.2 Tracking Disputes

Any tracking disputes must be reported within 30 days of the alleged missing commission. We will investigate all legitimate disputes in good faith.

6.3 Data and Analytics

URLTexter provides access to real-time performance data through your affiliate dashboard. This data is for your personal use only and may not be shared publicly.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by Affiliate

Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice. Outstanding commissions will be paid according to normal payment schedules.

7.2 Termination by URLTexter

We may terminate an affiliate's participation immediately for:

• Violation of this agreement
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Damage to URLTexter's reputation or brand
• Prolonged inactivity (12+ months)

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove URLTexter references from their platforms. Outstanding legitimate commissions will be paid.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 License Grant

URLTexter grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use our trademarks and promotional materials solely for approved promotional purposes during the term of this agreement.

8.2 Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

• Modify our logos or trademarks
• Use our intellectual property for other purposes
• Register domain names containing our trademarks
• Apply for trademark registrations related to our brand

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Guarantees

URLTexter makes no guarantees regarding affiliate earnings, traffic, or conversions. Results depend on individual effort and market conditions.

9.2 Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or commission structure with 30 days' notice to affiliates.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

URLTexter's liability to affiliates is limited to the payment of earned commissions. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Independent Contractor

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of URLTexter. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

10.2 Modification

URLTexter may modify this agreement at any time. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of changes.

10.3 Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION] without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
